BC Ferries needed an elegant suite of promotional displays for their holiday gift shop offer: Spend $75 and receive a hand-blown glass ornament, featured in Oprah Magazine, by BC artisan Ted Jolda. The centrepiece of the promotion was this ceiling-hung banner within the retail space and corresponding posters outside the gift shop.

A product info card was placed strategically with the ornaments to further educate consumers on the artist and techniques used in producing the ornaments. The soft colour palette and elegant typography were used to appeal to the target audience of women aged 35-65.

On-screen displays in the terminals and onboard were used to further promote the offer.

Following years featured similar designs, promoting an growing line of collectible ornaments. Each year, the promotion helps sell out the entire collection early in the season.
